I offer interim leadership solutions to ensure continuity of governance and services, defined by integrity, high performance, and a deep commitment to delivering public purpose projects through transparent, collaborative and technically sound processes.

To address the dynamic nature of organisational change, ​​I can build and lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams and facilitate internal and external forums, through cultural safety and inclusive engagement practices.

Leading with integrity: I have built and led multidisciplinary teams of up to 14 staff in Victoria and the UK, leveraging cross-government relationships and managing large-scale investments and approvals. I recruited and developed a team of senior managers to establish the Victorian government concierge service supporting cross-regulatory approvals for large-scale projects, setting a clear sense of purpose grounded in service excellence. Across all roles, I have practiced inclusive leadership, building capability while delivering policy and operational outcomes under pressure.

With 15 years of management and executive experience across the UK and Australia, I am particularly well-placed to support interim leadership needs across sectors including local government, health and community services, not-for-profits, energy and utilities, infrastructure, and commercial enterprises. Having previously worked in regional councils, I understand firsthand the challenges faced in maintaining leadership capacity during transitions.

Track record:
I’ve worked directly with senior leaders including Boris Johnson and Ken Livingstone during their respective terms as Mayors of London, Victorian Council CEOs, departmental heads in the education, energy, treasury, transport and planning portfolios, and the Premier, Treasurer and Minister for Planning within the Andrews/Allan administration in Victoria. I’ve built and led high-performing multidisciplinary teams of up to 14 staff, consistently fostering strong culture, accountability and capability.
Most recently, at Victoria’s Department of Transport and Planning, I recruited and developed a team of senior managers to establish the state’s concierge service for integrated infrastructure and energy approvals, advising the Minister for Planning on a weekly basis and acting as her delegate for major energy planning permits and amendments.

At the Department of Premier and Cabinet, I supported departmental heads of Education, Transport and Treasury in their engagement with Council CEOs and the Commonwealth, facilitating regular meetings, guest speakers and discussion papers on key regional priorities for the Inner (Melbourne, Maribyrnong, Stonnington and Yarra) and Southern regions (Dandenong, Casey, Cardinia, Kingston, Mornington Peninsula, Frankston). Finding common ground and focusing on region-wide challenges, I delivered cross-government regional action plans to tackle youth disengagement, family violence, liveability indicators and integrated infrastructure models.
